Let nature take care of you

Traveling brings us closer to our roots, to who we are, to that primary instance when all is one, we are united, just like in yoga abhyasa.

These paragraph came to me while walking beautiful lands, I just sat down and contemplate it, wondering about being here for my everyday yoga practice, as is written in the books... Suitable place for yoga-sadhana: Geographical areas where there are enough water resources, green pastures, banks of holy rivers, places where there are no crowds and silent and clean places, are all appropriate locations for the practice of Yoga.

This words belong to the great yoga master T. Krishnamacharya in his first book Yoga Makaranda.

abhyasa: practice sadhana: can be understood as disciplined and dedicated practice or learning.

Anjuna river in Siolim, a rural village on the west coast of India, famous for it Zagor festival where Hindus and Catholics celebrate together. Zagor, literally means " to wake".
